1. Calling of the Monthly Board Meeting to Order
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approving of the Minutes from the November Board Meeting.
4. Treasurer’s Report for November.
5. Citizen Concerns: Limit of 10 minutes per person. The Town Board Members reserve the right to act on the concern or table the matter to a Special or Annual Meeting.
6. REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS:
A. Road Report
B. Zoning Ordinance Changes Update—Public Hearing to approve the Amended Town of Lamartine Zoning Ordinance will be held on December 21, 2010 at 6:30 Pm at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room. PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
C. Veterans Memorial / Cemetery Committee Update
7. OLD BUSINESS:
A. Writing a Project Bidding Policy for the Township
B. Accepting a bid/proposal of an Assessing Company to do the township Evaluation
8. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Approval of Resolution #W-121310 “Road Supervisor’s Compensation / Benefits
B. Discussion / approval to issue an operators license to Robin L. Schneiter (Rascals)
C. Discussion / approval to issue an operators license to Kaelyn Wonser (Rascals)
D. Discussion regarding unemployment benefits being paid by the town to part time employees there are layed off from their full time regular jobs
E. Setting caucus date and time
F. Discussion and/or possible appointment of a regular Plan Commission member to finish Dean Birschbach term ending January 2012.
G. Discussion/ decision - Jim Reitzner’s Plan Commission term ends January 2011
9. Approving the monthly vouchers and checks
10. Adjournment

December 21, 2010—Public Hearing on the Amended Zoning Ordinance - 6:30 Pm at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room. PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND
Caucus Date to be Announced - The Town Caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot for the town elected officials will be scheduled at the December 13, 2010 Town Board Meeting at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room. The Town Caucus will be held sometime between the 1st and last Tuesday of January 2011. The meeting date will be announced at this meeting, posted on the Town posting boards and on the Town website at www.townoflamartine.com
