6. Fisher Request for Conditional Use Permit (CUP): Board Discussion / decision on Plan Commission recommendation regarding a request for a CUP from Ed Fisher (Stienke) to create a two (2) acre non-farm parcel in the Moderate Farmland Preservation Zone.
