Special Town Board Meeting
June 16, 2011 at 5:30 PM
Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room (LMBMR)
Town Chairman Frank Bartzen called the Special Town Board Meeting to order at 5:30 PM. Also, present at this meeting were Supervisors Mike Suprenand and Bruce Rhode, Clerk Jill Randall and Treasurer Greg Michels. Taylor, Northeast Asphalt representative and John Delmore, Scott Construction representative.
Frank explained that the purpose of this meeting was to review and award the bid for the 2011 road project bids opened at the Monday, June 13, 2011 Town Board meeting.
Bid amounts were reviewed. Please see Attachment A, ?2011 Road Bid Worksheet? for further details.
Mike moved seconded by Bruce to award Scott Construction all five road projects. Motion carried 3-0.
With no further business to discuss, Mike moved seconded by Bruce to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried
3-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:50 PM.
