Legal Notice
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Lamartine Town Hall, the Town Board of Appeals will be hearing the application of Pine Drive Dairy, LLP to approve an expanded livestock facility located at W8774 County Highway T, T15N., R16E, Section 21, Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
Note: Members of the Town Board may also be present at the hearing. However, the Town Board will not be taking action on the subject matter.
