NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately .500 acres of land, from Business to Residential. The property is located at W8139 CTH Y, in the Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. More particularly described as being:
S34 T15N R16E Plat of Village of 7 Mile Creek (V1141-463 & V1260-573)
And part of (approximately the East 100 feet) S34 T15N R16E Plat of Village of 7 Mile Creek W 110’ Lot 13 (V1141-463 & V1260-573) in the Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County.
This property is currently owned by Lori Supernand. Scot & Cheryl Fischer would like to purchase this property to construct a new home. The sale of this property is pending the granting of this rezoning.
The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, September 11, 2006 at 6:30 PM.
If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Business to Residential.
