February 25, 2009 IMPORTANT NOTICE of UPCOMING MEETINGS
IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE
The Town of Lamartine Plan Commission will be reviewing the draft Comprehensive Plan
in the coming weeks at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room The public is
urged to attend these meetings because the Plan’s Goals and Objectives and the Land Use
Plan may affect the way your land, and land around you, will be used in the future.
PLAN COMMISSION MEETING #1
Wednesday, February 25, 2009 - 7:00 p.m.
Topics to be discussed include: Housing, Utilities and Community Facilities,
Economic Development, and Intergovernmental Cooperation
PLAN COMMISSION MEETING #2
Wednesday, March 11, 2009 - 7:00 p.m.
Topics to be discussed include: Land Use issues, with special emphasis on the
Land Use Plan and Implementation
PLAN COMMISSION MEETING #3
Monday, March 23, 2009 - 7:00 p.m.
Continuation of discussion on the Land Use Plan and Implementation
These are not public hearings, but the public is invited to listen
to presentations and discussions, and will be able to comment
on what they have heard at the end of each meeting.
