NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR VARIANCE IN REAR YARD SET BACK
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Appeals of the Town of Lamartine will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday—January 17, 2008 at 6:30 Pm at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Schaefer Drive. This hearing was requested by Shirley Fitzpatrick / Ervin Miller who would like a variance in rear lot line restriction of 25 feet to approximately thirty-six inches (36”) to allow for a building that has been constructed to continue to exist.
This property is located at W8161 CTH Y in the Town of Lamartine and is more particularly described as:
A parcel in Section 27, Township 15 North, Range 16 East, more particularly described as a part of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ commencing at a point on the south line of the SE ¼ eighty-six feet (86’) east of the NW Corner of Lot 15 of the Plat of Seven Mile Creek, then North sixty feet (60’), West one-hundred thirty-five feet (135’) to the point of beginning in the Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. The size of the lot is .186 acres.
This hearing is opened to the public and comments are welcome
