NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately Thirty-eight (38) acres of land, from Agricultural Transitional to Residential.
Robert Nitschke, W7971 Thomaswood Trail, Fond du Lac, WI own this property.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, January 19, 2004 at 6:30 PM.
If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Agricultural Transitional to Residential.
