NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approx. 9.8 acres of land from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential as follows:
This property is owned by Ed and Helen Haney, W7604 Forest Ave Road, Fond du Lac, WI in the Town of Lamartine. More particularly described as:
That part of the NW ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 13, Town 15 North, Range 16 East, Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. (Parcel I.D. No. T12-15-16-13-06-001-00)
The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, January 21, 2008 at 6:30 PM.
If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Exclusive Agricultural to Residential
