NOTICE OF PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
FOR THE TOWN OF LAMARTINE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 14, 2011, at 8:00 P.M., at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED 2012 BUDGET of the Town of Lamartine in Fond du Lac County will be held. The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town clerk’s office by appointment from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon on Monday thru Friday. A summary of the Proposed 2012 budget can also be seen on the Town’s Posting Boards (Lamartine Municipal Building—N5269 Schaefer Drive or at Church of Our Risen Savior--N6499 CTH Y, Eldorado or Knaus Cheese—N5722 CTH C, Rosendale) or on the Town Website at: www.townoflamartine.com
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
OF THE ELECTORS OF THE
TOWN OF LAMARTINE, FOND DU LAC COUNTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, November 14, 2011 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2012 Budget, which begins at 8:00 P.M. at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room, a Special Town Meeting of the electors called pursuant to Section 60.12(1)(c) of Wisconsin Statutes by the town board for the following purpose will be held:
1. To approve the 2012 Highway Expenditures.
2. To adopt the 2011 tax levy to be paid in 2012 pursuant to Section 60.10(1)(a) of Wisconsin Statutes.
