NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing to hear a request for a Conditional Use Permit to create a two (2) acre non-farm parcel in the Moderate Farmland Preservation Zone in the Town of Lamartine. The property is owned by Edward Fisher, W8020 Brown Road, Fond du Lac, WI
This two (2) acres of land is located East adjacent to W8055 Brown Road
in the Town of Lamartine. More particularly described as:
That part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of said Section 23; T.15 N.-R. 16 E., Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County.
The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, September 13, 2010 at 6:30 PM.
All interested persons are invited to attend.
Town of Lamartine Plan Commission Meetings Are Open To The Public.
A majority of Town of Lamartine Town Board members may be present, therefore, the public is informed that a quorum of the Town Board may exist at a Plan Commission Meeting.
