NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Plan Commission, of the Town of Lamartine, will hold a Public Hearing on the matter of rezoning approximately 4 Lots of Land, Rural Residential to Residential. The property is described as follows:

Parcel I.D. No. T12-15-16-27-12-001-00 described as being part of the SE 1/4 of the SW ¼ of Section 27, Town 15 North, Range 16 East, Town of Lamartine, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin.

This property is located at W8315 Orchard Rd in the Town of Lamartine. Property is owned by Leo Fisher.

The hearing will be held at the Lamartine Municipal Building Meeting Room on Monday, June 13, 2022 at 6:00 PM. Located at N5269 Schaefer Drive, Oakfield (mailing address but, the hall is located with the Fire Department on the corner of County Road Y and Schaefer Drive in the Town of Lamartine).

A majority of the Lamartine Town Board members may be present; therefore, the public is hereby informed that a quorum of the Town Board may exist at this public hearing.

Immediately following this public hearing, the Lamartine Town Board will take action on the Plan Commissions’ recommendation at the Regular Town Board Meeting.

If granted, this rezoning would have the effect of amending the town-zoning map, from Rural Residential to Residential.
