Public Hearing on the Amended
Town of Lamartine Zoning Ordinance

The Lamartine Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the amended Lamartine Zoning Ordinance at the Town Hall on Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. The amended Zoning Ordinance now includes the new Farmland Preservation Program changes from Chapter 91 of the state statutes. The other major change is that the zoning districts are consistent with the Land Use Plan which is part of the adopted Lamartine Comprehensive Plan. Interested parties should contact Jill Randall, Town Clerk, at 920-906-3683 to set up a time to view the amended Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map at the Municipal Building N5269 Schaefer Drive, Town of Lamartine. Written comments regarding the amended Comprehensive Plan may be submitted to the Town Clerk’s office prior to the Public Hearing.
